How do I know you are qualified?
As a state certified insurance inspector, I work with all insurance companies in Florida. I am listed on the My Safe Florida Home website as an authorized inspector for wind mitigation surveys. Beware of inspectors who are not listed or cannot prove they are certified to perform this service for you. Your insurance company will refuse the report and you will be required to pay someone who does have the proper training to certify your home.
What features will result in a discount?
